Frequently, in loss, we forget to sit in and with our feelings and don't allow ourselves to feel the emotions that go with the loss. Sometimes, you are angry. Sometimes, you are okay. Sometimes, you don't feel anything at all and are numb. Know that these feelings are okay. However, what's most important is allowing yourself to feel something. Then, allow yourself to move in and out of the grief as necessary. I also encourage you to seek a licensed therapist to help you navigate your thoughts and feelings.
